This privacy policy governs your use of the software application “TSSC Start Sequence” (later referred as the “Application”) for Android™ mobile devices.

The Application is a mobile Android application intended to educate members of Tata Steel Sailing Club in the sailboat start systems in use at the club.

• The Application does not require any user registration.

• The Application does not require the user to provide any personal information.

• The Application does not collect any location data.

• The Application does not use the camera or microphone.

• The only User Provided Data that the Application uses is the information the user provides directly within the Application when creating/customizing flag sequences (e.g., sailboat fleets, flags, and start sequences).

• The Application’s data are only stored locally on the mobile device, within the Application private folder, following Android’s security best practices.

• The Application requires permissions to access Bluetooth if connecting to Bluetooth hooter system.

• The Application requires access to Internet if alternative configurations are wanted, and to display this Privacy Policy.
   

Automatically Collected Information

• The Application does not collect any information automatically.

• The Application does not share any information automatically with third parties.

• The Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.

• Third parties do not have access to information obtained by the Application.

• All User Provided Data can be deleted by uninstalling the Application from the mobile device

• This Application does not automatically collect, share nor retain any user information.

• In order to ensure an optimal security, you must regularly install any Application’s update available from the mobile application marketplace.

• We also advise you to regularly check for any Android OS update(s) that could be available and to enable automatic updates.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy at https://www.sailboatsoftware.com/privacynoticetssc-s-s  and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy.
